Bond Bond’s Bakery ~ Croissants

Butter is pounded into each head of dough by hand then folded multiple times to create a texture that is light & flakey. This dough is the basis for several varieties of croissant pastries that we bake fresh daily: Plain Croissants, Cinnamon Crosses, Fruit Filled Danish, Brie Croissant, Almond Croissant, Pain au Chocolat

Ingredients: unbleached white flour, butter, sugar, free range eggs, fresh yeast, pure vanilla extract, water, sea salt. Cinnamon crosses: cinnamon, sugar, Fruit danish: our house made fruit filling (baker’s creation), apricot glaze, fondant drizzle, Brie: brie cheese, caraway seeds, Almond: marzipagne (almond paste), slice almonds, powdered sugar on top, Pain au chocolat: semi-sweet Callabaut chocolate
