Jeneen & Richard Harrison have been working within the food service industry since they were teenagers. They were co workers at a West Vancouver restaurant for several years, working their way through the ranks within the restaurant. Jeneen spent some time at an established West Vancouver bakery & catering company while Richard continued on with his apprenticeship & obtaining his Red Seal. Together as a couple, they moved to Vancouver Island in 1997 and spent a couple of years working on establishing a new & successful restaurant in Sidney. Jeneen then moved onto baking & managing the deli/bakery at a local grocery store for seven years while Richard was Sous Chef at a retirement home for the same. In June 2006, they purchased Bond Bond’s Bakery.

At Bond Bond’s Bakery we are a group of eight full time and three part time staff. We think of each and every one of our employees both current and past that in their own way over the years has contributed to our growth and success. We want to thank them for their devotion and commitment to our bakery.

Some of our employees have been a part of Bond Bond’s Bakery for several years and some have joined us recently but we all unite as a whole and work together every day until the last loaf leaves our bakery, only to begin the same process within a few hours when new bread is being prepared for a new day.

There is a saying in the industry that you are only as good as your staff and we have great staff! Peter, Alan & Kristina are our awesome production team with a combined total of forty years experience working in bakeries throughout Victoria. Meaghan, Katie, Craig, Rhonda & Jared complete our service team greeting each customer with a smile!
